History (not forgotten)

The Center features two unique and very important museums. The "Old-Time Fiddling" museum will reveal that part of American culture which is in danger of being forgotten with time in California, and the U.S.

 

The Tehachapi Heritage League museum will preserve the history of the Kawaiisu Indian. This culture will be preserved through unique artifacts, paintings, and displays, revealing its importance to the community of Tehachapi.
